Rick Casagrande.

Hotweld Fabrication is the brainchild of the energetic and determined Managing Director, Rick Casagrande. After completing an apprenticeship in Boilermaking and Welding, Rick established the company based on a strong work ethic with dedication to service and product quality.

On going Training and Development are encompassed in his work ethos and Rick has continued to grow the company from strength to strength to the solid, reputable business it is today.

Rick has gone on to gain qualifications in Trade Studies with an emphasis towards Engineering and Fabrication to ensure that his company can offer a full package to its customers.

In 2001, Rick was recognised as the "Italian Australian Tradesperson" of the year.

When he is not out fishing or wake boarding, you can find him at the workshop concentrating on the company’s strategic development and coordinating business to ensure it continues to offer the best fabrication services the South West has to offer.

Dorothy Rodrigues

Dorothy is an integral part of the HotWeld's team being responsible for the companies Accounting and Bookkeeping.

DJ Lewis

DJ is Hotweld's resident Project Manager.

DJ is the man to talk to for job tenders, steel orders and the organisation of Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel.

Skye Buchanan

Skye, is Hotweld's Receptionist.

Skye is the front line for Internal and External communication and you will be as delighted as Hotweld is with her welcoming, efficient and professional manner

Keryn Merilees

Keryn is Hotweld's Assistant Project Manager ensuring material and cutting lists are accurate; organising site files and working on quotes and orders.
